Create a beautiful seasonal project with this Autumn Wreath Craft Printable for Kids — a hands-on color, cut, arrange and glue activity that lets children design their very own autumn wreath.

This printable craft includes a large wreath base together with a wide variety of flowers, leaves, leafy sprigs, berries, pumpkins, acorns, pinecones, mushrooms, a bow and cute woodland animals.

Instead of every child making exactly the same finished craft, children can choose which pieces they want to use, decide where to place them, overlap and layer decorations, select their own colors and create a wreath that is completely unique.

The complete printable includes 83 individual decorative cutouts plus the wreath base, giving children plenty of options for creating floral, leafy, woodland, pumpkin-themed or mixed autumn wreaths.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

🍂 1 Wreath Base

🌸 9 Large Flower Cutouts

🌼 25 Small Flowers & Filler Cutouts

🍁 8 Large Leaf Cutouts

🌿 25 Small Leaves & Sprigs

🍁16 Extra Autumn Decorations

That gives you:

83 individual decorative cutouts + 1 wreath base

The designs are provided in black and white, allowing children to choose their own colors before cutting and assembling the wreath.

PAGE 1 – WREATH BASE

The first page contains the large circular wreath base that children use as the foundation for their craft.

The wreath features:

• A large outer circular shape
• An open center
• Dotted cutting guides around the outer edge
• Dotted cutting guides around the inner circle

Children can cut around the outside of the wreath and remove the center to create the traditional ring-shaped wreath.

The base is intentionally plain so children have complete freedom to decorate it using the pieces from the following pages.

They can cover the entire wreath with decorations or create smaller clusters at the top, bottom or sides.

Children can also overlap flowers and leaves to give their wreath a fuller, layered appearance.

PAGE 2 – LARGE FLOWERS

Page 2 contains 9 large flower cutouts.

The flowers come in several different styles and shapes, including:

• Long pointed petals
• Rounded petals
• Daisy-style flowers
• Layered flowers
• Multi-petal flowers
• Detailed circular flower centers
• A flower with a stem and leaves

These flowers can act as the main focal pieces of the wreath.

Children might choose to place several large flowers around the wreath or create one large floral cluster on one side.

They can color them using traditional autumn shades such as:

🍂 Orange
🍁 Red
🌻 Yellow
🤎 Brown
🌿 Green

Or they can use any colors they like.

Each flower has its own dotted cutting outline to help children identify where to cut.

PAGE 3 – SMALL FLOWERS & FILLERS

Page 3 includes 25 smaller flowers and filler decorations.

This page contains a variety of:

• Small five-petal flowers
• Daisy-style flowers
• Rounded flowers
• Berry branches
• Leafy sprigs
• Flower buds
• Small botanical stems

These smaller pieces are ideal for filling gaps between larger decorations.

Children can use them around large flowers, place them between leaves or build small botanical clusters around the wreath.

For example, a large flower could be paired with:

• A smaller flower
• A berry stem
• A leafy sprig

This allows children to add more detail and variety to their finished wreath.

Every individual piece includes a dotted cutting guide.

PAGE 4 – LARGE LEAVES

Page 4 contains 8 large autumn leaf cutouts.

Different leaf shapes are included, such as:

• Maple-style leaf
• Oak-style leaves
• Broad leaves
• Pointed leaves
• Serrated leaves
• Rounded autumn leaves

The leaves also include vein details that children can color individually.

Children can experiment with traditional autumn leaf colors such as:

🍁 Red
🍂 Orange
💛 Yellow
🤎 Brown
💚 Green

They can also blend several colors together to create a changing autumn leaf effect.

These larger leaves work well underneath flowers or as the main decorative elements in an autumn leaf wreath.

Each leaf includes a dotted cutting outline.

PAGE 5 – SMALL LEAVES & SPRIGS

Page 5 contains 25 smaller leaves and sprigs.

The page includes:

• Individual leaves
• Two-leaf sprigs
• Three-leaf sprigs
• Oak-style leaves
• Pointed leaves
• Rounded leaves
• Berry branches
• Small leafy stems

These smaller pieces are perfect for adding the finishing details to the wreath.

Children can tuck them:

• Behind larger flowers
• Between large leaves
• Around woodland characters
• Along the wreath edges
• Inside floral clusters

Because there are many small foliage pieces, children can create a full-looking wreath without needing to repeat the exact same arrangement.

Each individual decoration has its own dotted cutting guide.

PAGE 6 – EXTRA AUTUMN DECORATIONS

Page 6 contains 16 additional seasonal and woodland cutouts.

These extra pieces give children even more ways to personalize their wreath.

LARGE BOW

A large decorative bow can be placed at the:

• Top of the wreath
• Bottom of the wreath
• Side of the wreath

It makes a lovely finishing focal point.

PUMPKINS

The page includes 2 pumpkin cutouts.

Children can combine the pumpkins with leaves, flowers and berries to create a traditional autumn pumpkin wreath.

ACORNS

Two separate acorn cutouts are included near the top of the page.

An additional acorn-themed sprig also appears lower on the page.

These pieces work especially well with the woodland decorations.

MUSHROOMS

A cute mushroom cluster includes one larger mushroom and one smaller mushroom.

These can be added to a woodland-themed wreath.

PINECONES

The page includes 2 detailed pinecones.

Children can color them using traditional brown shades or choose their own colors.

AUTUMN LEAVES

Extra leaf designs are also included to add even more foliage choices to the wreath.

BERRY SPRIG

A small berry-style branch can be used as a filler between larger decorations.

LEAFY SPRIG

A longer leafy branch can be tucked underneath flowers, pumpkins or woodland characters.

SQUIRREL

A cute squirrel holding an acorn adds a fun woodland animal element.

The squirrel can become one of the main focal decorations on the finished wreath.

HEDGEHOG

A sweet hedgehog surrounded by autumn leaves is also included.

Children can combine the hedgehog with the squirrel, mushrooms, pinecones, acorns and foliage to create an adorable woodland autumn wreath.
